Designing Minimum Viable Products

Value Creation & Lean Learning

Calling All Entrepreneurs, Innovators & Product Managers

Lean Startup talks about "figuring out the problem that needs to be solved and then developing a minimum viable product (MVP) to begin the process of learning as quickly as possible". It states that "once the MVP is established, a startup can work on tuning the engine".

But where should we start with our MVP?

How do we best design a product or service offering which will act as a value creator and a learning tool?

How can we share the design amongst a product team or with mentors and advisors?

How can we build our capacity to design better MVP's over time, in a simple, repeatable process?

Are MVP's just for Tech projects?

Whilst much of the Lean Startup language leans toward tech projects, the concepts and ideas of rapid, low cost prototyping and learning has been rooted in design processes for years. We're developing MVP Design to be generic for all kinds of projects and ventures.
